 A safe and inviting class that builds energy and endurance slowly, using breath and movement to create space in the body and mind. Appropriate for beginners and for those looking to soften or modify their practice. 

 

Vinyasa Power flow

An inward journey to articulate breath and postures in such a way that students will learn how to feel postures from the inside to create strength and flexibility. From slow progressive sequences to longer holding postures, this class balances the mind and body, in this focused calming class. This class is meant to serve all students.

 

Yin Yoga

A practice to find peace by surrender. Yin yoga utilizes long-held postures, breath and patience and transform the connective tissue of the body. This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners and can be modified for those who have limitations.

 

Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra is a practice of yogic sleep that will guide you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleeping, allowing your brain and body to fully relax. Yoga Nidra is made up of a sequence of meditation practices that help you feel connected to yourself, with others, and to the world, around you. These meditation practices teach you how to respond, rather than react, to your emotions, thoughts, and actions.

 

Restorative Yoga Infused with Reiki

A class where Yin/Restorative Yoga and Reiki meet.

Restore and Relax with us as we bring Reiki Healing Touch to Yoga.

Using props for extra comfort, Restorative utilizes long-held postures, breath and patience and transform the connective tissue of the body. This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners and can be modified for those who have limitations.
 
Gentle Restorative Yoga 
A class is focused on stretch and releasing what ever you are carrying from the day, whether if it is a hard morning workout, a crazy schedule or a full day at work. An hour for you to clean your inner space with an easy, calm, and slow practice that will help you to finish your day in the proper mood for a good night sleep.
 
Hatha & Exploring

Have you ever wondered why we do yoga? or Why we feel good afterwards? This is a great class to dive into your practice a little deeper. Join us and enjoy an hour of the most traditional yoga practice exploring a different posture every week: the pose itself, what it means, what it means to your body, how it may impact your mood, its benefits, and most importantly all the modifications and props you can use to get into the pose. This is a great class to discover Yoga's effects on your body, mind, and spirit. Please note: While INVERTIONS are explored in this practice all levels are welcome.

Private Lessons

Private Group Lesson - this is a great option for a group of friends, sports teams looking for a deep stretch, as an employee appreciation event, or simply a friends gathering, as we close the studio just for you and your group!!! Those that workout together, stay together! So gather your group and have fun with those close to you.

 

Private Individual Lesson - Ideal for beginners as we go into each pose slowly, mastering form and techniques. A one-on-one workout experience is a great workout tailored to your body and your needs to meet you exactly where you are at!
