My goal for night classes is focused on stretch and releasing whatever you are carrying from the day, whether if it is a hard morning workout, a crazy schedule or a full day at work. An hour for you to clean your inner space with an easy, calm and slow practice that will help you to finish your day in the proper mood for a good night sleep.
My goal and focus for morning classes is on balancing the energies. The practice is partially active, focused on connecting with your breathing, your body, and your emotions. We will generate some heat and strength but also some calming and comforting practices to be ready for whatever comes your way during the week.
